A new Patty Clip
Howdy folks! It's your good friend and neighbor again, Patty Cake. It seems summer has officially come to an end, and I am real excited. This is the time of year when folks start decoratin their trailers with punkins and hay bails. Oh it's so festive! And as soon as The trick or treatin is over we get to plug in the Christmas lights that have been hanging on the front porch all year long. It just a wonderful time of year. The air is a little cooler, and the days are a little shorter. Well, to pay tribute to the dying summer the other day we decided to set up a road side lemonade stand out in front of the trailer. It was a big success. I didn't participate seeing as how sissy had grounded me from going outside on account of me running my mouth at church the other day. How was I supposed to know the preacher meant "Hymn" and not "Him?" I aint no mind reader, but sissy made a killing selling her "HOME MADE" lemonade, which has a little something extra thrown in. Everyone was laughin and havin a good time, that is till the tequila wore off and everyone came down with a bad headache and a case of the shakes. And as soon as all the wonderful little children woke up from being passed out in the driveway, they helped us finish off what was left and clean up the mess. I guess the lazy days of summer are finally over and done with. Y'all get out and enjoy the lovely cool weather. We sure have been. I hope everyone is doing well and I will write more real soon.
Love ya, bye bye!

MMMM Y'all this is GUD!
Well Howdy-Doody everbody! It's you're good friend Patty Cake again, and I just wanted to share with you our very own SPECIAL recipe for our own signature drink! The drama queen drunk ass sister taught it to me last night and mmmmmmmmmmmm is it ever good!
THE OFFICIAL
COW PATTY COCKTAIL
What you will need to make a COW PATTY COCKTAIL
- A Blender
- A Banana
- Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
- Creme De Cacao
- Amaretto Liquor
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- A Chocolate Ding Dong
- Whipped Cream in a can
- Peanut butter
- Chocolate kisses
- OK, first you need to take your banana and peel it. Careful not to drop the peel on the floor, cause accidents happen that-a-way!
- NEXT cut it in half and drop one half into the blender.
- THEN get your vanilla ice cream and measure out one fourth of a cup and pour it into the blender. OK , WE'RE DOING GREAT! NO ONE'S HURT SO FAR! Make sure not to stick your fingers too far into the blender if you have mean sisters who like to play mean jokes!
- AFTER THAT open up your Ding Dong and split it in half. Quickly eat one half of it and then while your chewing it up drop the uneaten half into the blender. CAREFUL NOT TO CHOKE ON THE DING DONG! Like I said before, accidents DO happen! Chew carefully.
- Now, take your peanut butter and scoop out one tablespoon and plop that on in the mix. Place the lid back on the blender (an essential step if you don't wanna make a mess) and blend the contents to a pulp. There should still be a few hints of Ding Dong chunks left floating around in the mixture when you're done, but you have to make sure to mix in all the peanut butter or you cant use a crazy straw to drink it (Trust me).
- Now add your alkohal! Pour one shot of Amaretto into the mix, and two shots of Creme De Cocoa. Pulse the mixture two or three more times until the booze is good and mixed in.
YOU"RE ALMOST DONE! Still got all your fingers? Good!
- Now pour the yummy mixture into two frosty tea glasses. After that, just top it with some of your canned Ready Whip, drizzle a little chocolate syrup over it, and place a small chocolate kiss on the top for love!
Well, dear friends, there you have it! A cool tasty drink with a kick that's perfect for any hot summer day wile your sittin on your porch with a friend or neighbor! ENJOY!

Well howdy everybody, it's your good friend Patty Cake again! This past Sunday morning Patty (the oldest sister) woke us all up early and told us that we was going to church. I was excited cause we hadn't been in a while, the hungry sister was mad cause she had already made plans to go swimmin early with that cute boy down the road, and the youngest one was grumpy cause she was still a little bit hung over from her drink the night before. BUT with some gentile persuasion and the business end of a cattle prod everyone was up and getting dressed in our "Sunday Go-A-Meetin" clothes.
We piled in the van and headed out of the park to the First Baptist Church! We were running a little late, and the service had already started when we got there, so we snuck in the back and piled into the very last pew right next to our next door neighbor Mrs Peppersnach. The church house was packed, it was like Easter Sunday! The service was lovely. The preacher was telling us about those two boys named Chadrack and Meshack and their Billygoat, and how they was all cast into the fiery furnace. I was a little disturbed by this story seein as them two boys at least got to speak in their own defence, but that poor little billy goat never even said a cross word and was still thrown in the fire. CAN WE SAY ANIMAL CRUELTY!!?? Well, as the story turned out they was all OK, so I felt a little bit better about it since the goat didn't get burned up.
Right in the middle of the sermon the youngest sister who was still a tad hung over asked the oldest sister if she could be excused cause she felt like she was gonna throw up. The oldest one said no at first, but when she saw what a lovely shade of green the youngest was turning, she agreed and told her to go around to the very back of the church house and puke behind a bush. So, the hung over one stood up politely, and very quietly excused herself and snuck out the door. Within 60 seconds she was back and looked alert and refreshed. "Well that was fast" I said. "How could you make it all the way behind the church house, throw up, and come all the way back in so quickly?" To which she told me "Oh, I didn't have to go all the way around back, when I walked out into the lobby I found a BIG box that was labeled "FOR THE SICK" on it, so I just used that." Well I just thought that was so nice for them to put such a thing out in the lobby for the sick folks. I guess it's so they wouldn't have to miss very much of the service if they feel the need to erp in the middle of church. And believe me after hearing about that poor billy goat I thought about runnin out and using it myself.
Anyway, when the sermon was over, and we finished singing JUST AS I AM for the closing invitational, we walked out into the lobby to shake the pastor's hand before we left. But, on the way out of the sanctuary I noticed some pictures of army men and women hanging on the wall by the door. "Hmmmm" I thought, "I wonder what those are for?" Well when we reached the pastor I shook his hand and told him I thought his sermon was lovely, and he thanked me.
" I have a quick question to ask you pastor..." He smiled at me and said
"What's on your mind, sister?"
"I was wondering about those pictures of the army men and women, what are they for"
"Oh," he said "Those are the pictures of our men and women who have died in the service."
"Oh, well that clears it up, I think it's so nice of y'all to honor thier memory like that. Thank you pastor!" But then came my even bigger question. "Did they die during the morning service or the evening service?" He looked at me kinda confused, so I was gonna ask him again, but before I could repeat my inquiary the oldest sister grabbed my hand and jerked me out the door. Oh well, I guess we'll never know all the answers till we get to heaven!
